Design Development

• Develop detailed scale drawings for the space
• Provide selections of all materials for finishes for your approval
• Create lighting and electrical plans (as required)
• Prepare a reasonable budget based on approved drawings
• Prepare appropriate working drawings after final approval of all plans
• Consult with other design and building professionals as needed

Contract Administration

• Review all contracts submitted by subcontractors and/or suppliers
• Schedule work sequence to enable a timely completion of your project
• Visit the job site to supervise work and answer your questions
