Services

Initial Design consultation:

• Meet with the client to determine the requirements of the project.
• Develop basic concepts and schemes for project.
• Determine needs and scale of project.

Design Development:

• Provide scale drawings for the space
• Provide selections of all materials for finishes.

• Provide lighting and electrical plans (as required).
• Prepare a budget based on approved drawings.
• After final approval of all plans, prepare appropriate working drawings.
• Consult with any other necessary professionals if construction is necessary.

Contract Administration:

• Review all contracts submitted by subcontractors and/or suppliers.
• Schedule work sequence to enable a timely completion of project.
• Make visits to the job site.
• Supervision of installations.

As each project has it's own design requirements, so will the design process. Our steps may be modified to meet the unique design goals of each of our clients.
